Ming Zhou is the Director of Immigration Services of Elliott Immigration Corporation and is the primary Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) of the company.

After graduating from Brock University with a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology, he became deeply involved in the Canadian education industry for many years before obtaining his licence as an RCIC in 2018. He held the position of program director of a private language school in Toronto and founded an education consulting agency in Taipei, Taiwan to guide international students in their Canadian education journey.
